In today's episode we present

  • Our Student - Katarzyna Starzak. She is a Biotechnology engineer and a student of Chemical Technology with specialization in Polymer Technology at Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology. Her research focuses on photochemical properties of novel fluorescent compounds and their application in light-induced polymerization processes.

 

  • Our Student - Paweł Niezgoda. He received his engineering degree in biotechnology, with a specialization in industrial and environmental biotechnology. Paweł pursues his passions through his work at Photo4Chem, as well as having an active role in developing and promoting the research group to the scientific community through "Social Media.

XIX EDITION OF THE CONTEST ”LEADER OF INNOVATION® 2021
Category: Woman Inventor for Joanna Ortyl, Prof., PhD., DSc., Eng.

Awarded for scientific and research activities that resulted in numerous publications, patents, utility models, invention projects and practical applications and industrial implementations, especially in the field of photochemistry – including photopolymerization processes in polymer systems and photochemical processes taking place in organic molecules. The award is a direct result of the TEAM TECH project co-financed by the Foundation for Polish Science.
