🥳🆕Christmas funding giveaway with FutureLab PK🎄🌟
The FutureLab PK Scientific Board decided to select student projects submitted in the last call. After long deliberations and a detailed review of all applications, it was decided to award grants to 19 projects whose authors were students of the Cracow University of Technology.
We are pleased to announce that two projects by students from the Laboratory of Applied Photochemistry were awarded this year in this competition:
1) 1️⃣„Development of innovative bioinks for 3D printing of spatial structures supporting growth and proliferation of biological material in the form of selected cell lines", supervised by prof. Joanna Ortyl.
2) 2️⃣ „Innovative UV-FPT chamber for post-production processing of photo-cured resin prints for the 3D bioprinting sector”, supervised by Maciek Pilch.
🤩We would like to congratulate the supervisors, Joanna Ortyl, and Maciej Pilch as well as the students, wishing them a wonderful scientific adventure during the implementation of such innovative ideas.

XIX EDITION OF THE CONTEST ”LEADER OF INNOVATION® 2021
Category: Woman Inventor for Joanna Ortyl, Prof., PhD., DSc., Eng.

Awarded for scientific and research activities that resulted in numerous publications, patents, utility models, invention projects and practical applications and industrial implementations, especially in the field of photochemistry – including photopolymerization processes in polymer systems and photochemical processes taking place in organic molecules. The award is a direct result of the TEAM TECH project co-financed by the Foundation for Polish Science.
