 PhD: Chemistry
Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Chemistry – Cracov, 01/2015- 01/2020
PhD studies at the Department of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry in the Polymer and Biomaterials Nanotechnology Group under the supervision of prof. Maria Nowakowska. Doctoral dissertation entitled “Bioactive halloysite – alkaline phosphatase system as a component of hydrogel scaffolds for the treatment of bone defects”.
 Master: Chemistry
Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Chemistry – Cracov 01/2013 – 01/2015
Specialization: Physicochemical Basis of Nanotechnology
Master’s thesis topic: Application research of a new type of polymers as inhibitors against herpes.

 Bachelor: Chemistry
Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Chemistry – Cracov 01/2010 – 01/2013
Specialization modules: Physical and theoretical chemistry,
Organic and biological chemistry
Bachelor’s thesis topic: Application of alkyl derivatives of polyethyleneimine (PEI) and poly(allylamine) hydrochloride (PAH) for stabilization of liposomal protein carriers.

Doctor of chemical sciences, graduate of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Chemistry at the Jagiellonian University and the Jagiellonian Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies Program in English. I conducted research work in the Polymer and Biomaterials Nanotechnology Team under the supervision of prof. Maria Nowakowska, related to advanced polymer and hybrid materials for biomedical needs and encapsulation of active substances in various forms of innovative carriers, i.e. liposomes (bachelor’s thesis), polymer microspheres (master’s thesis), polymer capsules (patent implementation with CHDE) and halloysite nanotubes (doctoral thesis). My doctoral thesis was related to the development of biocompatible hydrogel materials based on polymers for the treatment of bone tissue defects, which I 3D printed in Germany as part of an additional scientific program, JPhDP.
Working as a Research and Development Specialist, I gained experience in designing and implementing innovative dietary supplements, cosmetics and
pharmaceuticals based on liposomal technology. Currently, working as a post-doc in the Applied Photochemistry Team under the supervision of prof.Joanna Ortyl, I conduct research on polymer and hybrid materials and photoinitiating systems with application in 3D printing.
