Application:

During the steady state photolysis, cuvettes with appropriate solvents are irradiated by the different diodes (Thorlabs Inc., Tampa, FL, USA).The source of light is powered by a DC2200 regulated power supply (Thorlabs Inc., Tampa, FL, USA). The UV–Vis spectra is recorded with the UV/Vis deuterium-halogen light source SL5 (StellarNet, Inc., Tampa, FL, USA). The photolysis process is controlled from Excel equipped with appropriate macros
TQC Hardness tester
Application:
The device allows you to measure the hardness of materials using the Persoz and Koenig methods. It is often used to measure the hardness of polymers and paint coatings.

The hardness tester works by measuring the duration of the pendulum motion over a fixed amplitude range. This method determines the hardness of the coating by measuring the time it takes to completely damp the vibrating pendulum. The pendulum rests on two balls made of stainless steel that rest on the painted surface. There is a specific physical relationship between the oscillation time, amplitude and geometric dimensions of the pendulum. When the pendulum is set in motion, the spheres roll over the painted surface, exerting a certain force on it.
