Short disctoption of the project:
The main goal of the project is to construct a budget 3D printer dedicated to the production of baked goods from edible masses marked with food dyes. In the first stage, the printer will be equipped with extrusion system, dye dosing system, heated table and workspace. Next, UV lighting will be installed, which will allow for disinfection of the working space and observation of changes in the emission characteristics of dyes. Preliminary tests will be carried out using UV resins. After the device has been calibrated, the components in contact with the resin will be replaced and further tests will be carried out with the use of edible masses. The main innovation will be the development of a 3D printer for food, equipped with dye dosing system, disinfection system and UV light visualization system. This printer can be used in the food and bakery industry to produce effective-looking occasional baked goods.
