An international Summer School on Drug Design organized by Pharmacoinformatics Research Group at the University of Vienna was held on 13-17.09.2021. The conference covered topics including learning the fundamentals as well as the latest developments in the field of pharmacoinformatics. The summer school program included an overview of the main approaches and techniques used in computational drug design, ranging from protein modeling, docking, and pharmacophore based screening, up to machine learning, data science, and workflows. During the afternoon sessions the participants will have the opportunity to obtain hands-on training via computational exercises.
