🎓🔥 Today, we had a blast being part of the Open Day at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Cracow University of Technology!

We came along to show a little bit of our world — 3D printing in practice. There was plenty of talk about 3D printing, but definitely not just theory! Visitors could see how it works live and even get hands-on and try things for themselves. 👀

We demonstrated, among other things, how pipetting works, and our 3D pens were a big hit as always — everyone wanted to give them a try and create something of their own. ✍️

And then came the highlight of the day — a printer that prints… with chocolate! 🍫🤯
Yes, you read that right. 3D printing you can eat. It always attracts a crowd, and honestly, it’s not hard to see why! 😄

But it wasn’t all fun and games. We also talked about real scientific research, including research carried out as part of the project funded by the Medical Research Agency, “Luminescent theranostic compounds with anticancer activity: combining photodynamic therapy and imaging diagnostics in a single molecule, and the development of 3D-printed local microneedle systems to enable precise, personalized cancer therapy.”

We also introduced visitors to our famous iridium complexes… 🔬🧪 Young researchers listened with genuine curiosity and a real scientific spark in their eyes. ✨

There were plenty of questions, conversations and enthusiasm — and that was exactly the point. It’s great to see how technology can capture people’s attention, spark curiosity and inspire new ideas. 💡
